SHIPPING
We offer domestic shipping for a $6 flat rate on all purchases. We strive to ship all orders within 24-72 hours on business days. Please check your e-mail for most up to date tracking information! International rate will vary based on location for all orders.
Item must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase & in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, free of smells), with tags attached, for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS. All sales final on hats, jewelry, beauty, & sale items. No exchanges or store credit on holiday items after the holiday passes.
ONLINE/SHIPPING RETURNS
Email rootsandrambleclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt to intiate the return process. Please include your order number and the name of the item you would like to exchange. Ship your item for exchange within 7 business days. Customer pays return shipping charges. Items not sent within a timely manner will not be approved for store credit or exchange.
