Resa Flip Tumblers are 100% leakproof with cold beverages and iced carbonated beverages when in the locked position. A 50% ice to liquid ratio is recommended when using carbonated beverages.
Not recommended to be used in the locked position with hot beverages. Using hot beverages with a straw poses a scalding risk.

Local Pickup:
You can purchase online and pick up locally at Roots + Ramble during shop hours. Just select "Pickup" instead of "Ship" at Checkout. It's FREE + when you go to pick up your order in the store, you can try your purchases on to be sure you love them before you take them home.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages:
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, Roots and Ramble Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
